Yurts: There are 7 Pacific Yurts,

wood day beds and custom hand-crafted iron
lamps. Each can accommodate 3 – 4 people. 5 of
the yurts are in a canyon yurt village with a
beautiful uniquely designed hot shower house.
Out Buildings: 6 small out buildings.
Showers: 2 outdoor shower houses.
Campsites: There are 2 developed
campsites on the land and by the creek, each
with platforms and nearby water and toilets.
Quonset Hut: Large 25 x 30 metal Quonset
hut workshop with 220 volts, storage, etc.

Water: One main well near the residence
with two storage tanks and a natural,
chemical-free ozone system. Two back up well
systems.
Generators: There is a back up generator
power for main building area. Also back up
generator for spring water source.
KIVA: There is a unique meditation room—a
modern version of a Hopi “Kiva”. It also has
quality sound system.
Hot tub and sauna
Gardens: Lovely herb and flower
meditation garden and a walking meditation
circle. About 50 mature fruit-bearing trees of
many varieties including lemons, oranges, Meyer
lemons, persimmons, apricots, plums, apples,
loquats, peaches, nectarines and tangerines. A
beautiful bay laurel grove provides a lush and
shady canopy for a picnic/ sanctuary area along
the creek and waterfall. A sacred gathering rock
fire circle is also near the creek and
waterfall.
